The effects of Climate Change on the Oceans
Dr. Estabrook attended Northeastern U for undergraduate and MS, and U of Rhode Island for his PhD. Following his academic endeavors, he began his quest to find out why our bay scallop lives less than two years as compared to most of the other 400 species that can live 5, 10, 20 plus years. Only took 40 years to do it!
Dr. Estabrooks will also talk about the possible ways in which life-reducing negative impacts might be mitigated.
